Vision
The institutions that contribute to the creation of our shared future were built on a promise made to all people. My vision in my personal life and professional work is to build resilient, capable, and competent systems in which all people, regardless of age, hold a recognised, structural, and mandated role in the decisions that will define their lives.

Inclusion
I work to build inclusive societies where all stakeholders and rightsholders across all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences are able to meaningfully contribute and influence their lives and communities for the better.
I use my lived expertise as a young person and professional work in multilateral negotiations to mobilise effective advocacy to systemically embed the participation of children and youth and defend existing spaces for civil society participation in intergovernmental and multilateral treaties, organisations, and bodies.

Collaboration
For there to be meaningful impact and contributions to faraway aspirations, I believe that there must be a true whole-of-society approach towards multilateral, regional, national, and subnational decision making.
That is why I have placed partnership as a key priority of my professional work, openly engaging with representatives of governments, intergovernmental organisations, non-governmental organisations, grassroots advocates, young people, and other stakeholders and rightsholders.

Effectiveness
Many institutions today suffer from inefficiency created by layers of bureaucratic barriers that obscure their original purpose and hamper their ability to deliver to the people.
Professionally, my advocacy focuses on how institutions’ ability to engage and serve the people can be improved by removing such barriers, thereby enhancing their effectiveness through inclusive, transparent, and open reforms.
